PostCapAI offers subscription plans that renew automatically unless canceled. Payments are securely processed by Paddle. We do not store full payment information on our servers.
02. Refund Eligibility
PostCapAI follows Paddle's official 14‑day refund policy. This means customers may cancel their purchase and request a refund within 14 days of the transaction — without needing to provide a reason — as stated in Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
Refunds may also be issued for:
- ✓Technical issues preventing access (verified by support)
- ✓Duplicate charges or accidental multiple purchases
- ✓Failure to deliver purchased features
