Refunds may be offered only in specific cases at the discretion of PostCapAI.

5. Generated Content

PostCapAI uses AI models to generate captions and text. You understand and agree that:

• AI output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected wording
• You are fully responsible for reviewing and using the generated content
• We do not guarantee correctness, originality, or legal compliance

PostCapAI is not responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, design, and code of PostCapAI are owned by the Company. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or modify the Service without permission.

You own the rights to the content you enter into the platform. You also own the output, except in cases where third-party models impose restrictions.

7. Payments & Billing

Payments are securely processed by third-party providers. PostCapAI does not store full payment information.

• Provide valid payment information
• Allow charges for renewal unless cancellation is made in advance

We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.

8. Termination
